we centred the kitchen at the heart of the client’s home, creating a striking statement combining materiality and functionality.

Rosso Pietra Lavica, a red-hued lava stone, was chosen for its unique characteristics. We transformed it into a practical functional element, ensuring daily usability with transparent vent treatments on the worktops. Cabinet fronts and panels were left raw, highlighting the stone’s organic character.

A stunning monolithic island made of Rosso Pietra Lavica serves as the main cooking space and appears as a block of the stone. It features a flush-fitting gas hob, downdraft extractor, and pop-up sockets covered in the same stone.

A 7-meter wall of Smoked Oak cabinetry extends beyond the kitchen into the dining space, adding drama and concealing appliances and storage. The Inca cabinetry model with its vertical profiles creates a sense of rhythm throughout the kitchen.
